Refund policy

It's too easy to refund !

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
• Refunds and returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accessories.
• The customer must review the shipping policies as they are an integral part of the exchange and return policies.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return:
• Requests must be recorded via email or WhatsApp message.
• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Return Methods:
• Items can be picked up by our logistics company.
• The customer will afford the return shipping fees.
• Alternatively, you can deliver the items to our office.
4. Refund Process:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
• The refund will be transferred within 4 working days by banking transaction, or Vodafone Cash, or you can receive your money by visiting office while specific time will be detrained before.
• You must send the bank account details clearly and detailed, account number, name and the bank will receive, but if your request to receive money by Vodafone cash, please send the number without spaces and user name.
